My name is Josh, the founder of Praxis AI. My career spans two decades in various senior roles, managing complex, high-volume operations where efficiency and process integrity were paramount. From Australia's largest National Integrated service providers to most recently a Global fast food powerhouse, I've been on the front lines of major operational shifts, learning firsthand what it takes to implement changes that are not only effective but also sustainable.
Recently I have observed a common gap, the most impactful operational strategies were often inaccessible to the businesses that form the backbone of our economy. I founded Praxis AI to bridge that gap. My mission is to bring the principles of high-level operational excellence to small and medium-sized businesses in a practical, collaborative, and budget-conscious way.
